CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All sales of Ixchel Lunar and Zumbido LLC products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in any sales pages of products on this website. In the event of technical defect, Ixchel Lunar and Zumbido LLC will, at its sole discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase, if all reasonable troubleshooting efforts have been exhausted. After 30 days all sales are final.

DELIVERY POLICY
