Here’s an excerpt… “I had the pleasure of starting a new ritual. Ixchel suggested to set up my work space and my computer tabs for whatever flow activity I wanted to do first thing in the morning. “I did just that. I was able to get off electronics easier and earlier because I set my intention for what writing I was going to focus on in the morning. ⁠ “Getting into flow of writing came quickly and I worked until I was hungry. I trusted I would get back into flow once I returned.
