All the old patterns of fear, uncertainty and abandonment are dissolved. I’m forming new neutral pathways and habits of creativity. One of my daily mantra reminders on my phone is “I am worthy to create for myself. This is valuable. “

In the past, being creative for myself seemed indulgent or not valuable because it wasn’t generating money. My understanding of value is so much more expansive now. Creativity is essential.
