Adding a variety of fruits and vegetables into our diet gets us the vitamins and minerals we need. Below is what each colour brings in:
Red: rich in antioxidants including lycopen, anthocyanins and ellagic acid π

Orange: rich in alpha-carotene and beta-carotene.πππ₯
Yellow: rich in carotenoids including beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin.ππ½π
Green: rich in chlorophyll, sulforaphane and glucosinolate.ππ₯¦π₯
Purple: rich in anthocyanins and nitrates.πππ
